Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Florist Knoxville TX

Which Knoxville florist has the cheapest delivery fee?

Crouch Florist has been offering competitive delivery rates since we opened in 1865. In addition to offering the best delivery rates throughout Knox County, we pride ourselves on providing delivery drivers a living wage. Whether you've scheduled a future delivery or requested same-day delivery, you can be confident you'll get the lowest rate at Crouch Florist in Knoxville, TN.

Which is best site to send flowers?

Crouch Florist has earned a reputation as one of the best flower shops in Knoxville, TN. Our skillful team of floral designers has earned 95 Google reviews averaging 4.5 stars, and trust me, your search for a local Knoxville florist can end here! If you end up on websites like 1800flowers.com & Teleflora, do a bit more research. These middlemen mark up the cost of flowers and do not always send your order to high-quality florists. Check for yourself – complete a quick search for "1800 Flowers reviews" and see what you find (make sure it's an independent review site and not their own website!). Always check to see if your florist has a physical address in the city you are delivering to in order to make sure you get best service possible!

Is your Knoxville flower delivery going to be fresh and last?

Over the years, we at Crouch Florist have established a reliable network of farmers who provide us with high-quality flowers and plants. Unlike many big chains, we work directly with our farmers to establish the proper time frame to get your flowers at their peak freshness. While we believe we've mastered this technique, we want you to be 100% happy with your bouquet. That's why we will continue to offer our famous 7-day quality guarantee. So, if you aren't delighted with your flowers, we will do everything possible to make it right!

How do I know if my Knoxville flowers have been delivered already?

As long as you have provided us with a phone number or email address, our system will deliver a confirmation message informing you your delivery has arrived.

What happens if my recipient isn't available for delivery?

The most important part of being a florist is getting the recipient's arrangement delivered to them at their peak of freshness. To do so, our drivers will only hand-deliver arrangements. Our drivers will contact the recipient before making a delivery attempt. If they cannot accept our delivery, we have a few options; return later, or leave the arrangement with a neighbor. Nobody wants a wilted arrangement left in the heat or humidity.

What if you don't have the exact flowers in the picture I ordered?

The most beautiful part about working with flowers is knowing all the hard work it takes to grow them. They need a specific amount of sunlight, rain, humidity, and love. If one or more of those are off, it is tough for our farmers to grow a beautiful flower. Our expert designers will adjust our bouquets with substitutions if that is the case. We aim to maintain a similar color palette and style while creating a fresh and beautiful arrangement for you. We are aware you may be selecting a bouquet based on a particular flower, so if you are unhappy with the delivered bouquet, give us a call, and we will make it right!

Can I Request A Flower Delivery At A Specific Time?

With most things in life, timing is all so important. Whether you are sending an arrangement to a school, business, hospital, or funeral, we pride ourselves on getting your delivery where it needs to be and when it needs to be there!
